Nobody Knows How To Get Back Home

Jeff left this morning and it was harder than I imagined it would be.

Before making the decision to stay in New York for the remainder of year, Jeff and I discussed the pros and cons at length.

The biggest con, of course, was the time we'd spend apart — something we've done multiple times in our 16 years together but this would be the longest stretch since 2011 when we spent much of the year in different places after our fathers passed away.
