Summer Means S’mores & Watermelon
Hey Guys! Happy Friday Night!!! I had a great workout at the gym after work and now I’m just sitting and relaxing. After getting back to work from lunch today, I did a bunch of random things around the office and snacked on some watermelon

After work, I headed for the gym. Before my workout, I ate 1/2 Smores Luna Bar

My workout consisted of
Cardio
- 45 minutes on the crossramp elliptical
- 20 minutes incline/speed walking on the treadmill
Strength Training
- Bicep curls- 3 sets, 20 reps with 5 lb weights
- Dumbbell Military Press- 3 sets, 20 reps with 3 lb weights
- Dumbbell Chest Press- 2 sets, 20 reps with 5 lb weights
- Squats- 2 sets, 20 reps with 5 lb weights
- Lunges- 2 set, 20 reps on each leg with 5lb weights and a elevated step
- 80 crunchs (20 with legs up, 20 with legs down)
Then I stretched and ate the other half of my Luna Bar.
When I got back to my parent’s house my mom was making Mesquite Grilled Chicken with Baked Potatoes and Broccoli

I topped my baked potato with a Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb Cheese Wedge, Broccoli, and Hot Sauce

My sister-in-law’s baby shower is tomorrow so my mom made cupcakes! I had half of one with a tiny bit of frosting

Plus a couple small pieces of 85% Dark Chocolate

Tomorrow morning, I may attempt a short run around my neighborhood. I’m not making any promises but the baby shower isn’t until 2:30 and I’m not going to get to the gym again until probably Monday.
Any advice for my first attempt at running outside a gym?

Edit: My mom just made chocolate cupcakes too and I decided to eat 1/2 of one small one. My stomach is paying for it now. It did not like it! Never doing that again! :-) Night!
