Green Eggs & Ellipticals
Hi guys! I just got back from such a great workout! I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, then 30 minutes on the crossramp elliptical for a total of 5 miles between the two. I just discovered the Crossramp elliptical and I love it!
I also did
- Bicep Curls- 2 sets, 20 reps with 5 lb weights
- Dumbbell Military Press- 2 sets, 20 reps with 3 lb weights
- Squats- 2 sets, 20 reps with 5 lb weights
- Lunges- 1 set, 20 reps on each leg with 5lb weights and a elevated step
- 40 crunches
I feel so energized! I love exercising!!!
I was craving iced coffee on the way to the gym for some reason so I stopped at Starbucks

Grande Sugar Free Vanilla Iced Coffee with Skim Milk.
This probably wasn’t the best pre-gym drink but I was really craving it and I drank tons of water afterward to keep hydrated.
I was starving when I was done with my workout. I made the best sandwich ever for lunch!

What I used:
- Two eggs
- Zucchini
- Small amount of Pepper Jack Cheese
- Basil
- Black Pepper
- Frank’s Red Hot Original Hot Sauce

I scrambled the eggs with all the ingredients and put it all on an Toasted Arnold Select Multi Grain Sandwich Thin. I had a piece of pineapple on the side. The crunch of the toast with the warm eggs was amazing! I am definitely making this sandwich again!

Now I’m off to help my mom with the grill! I’ll be back later with a complete BBQ recap!

What is your perfect workout?

The Crossramp is one of my favourites. That looks like an interesting sandwich. I’m going to give it a try. Looks good an healthy as well.
